1. Please briefly introduce yourself, your company and your role.
I have been in the cosmetic industry for over 40 years, heading the R&D and Quality for Revlon, Yves Rocher and Johnson & Johnson. I was the first recipient of the in-cosmetics Lifetime Achievement Award in Paris in 2010.
In 2006, I decided to create my own consulting company, Seers Consulting, providing consulting to help raw material suppliers, finished products companies, as well as government agencies on all technical aspects of personal care, providing training on skin care, safety, efficacy, quality, as well as leadership.
