Preparation:
-
Combine phase A and heat to 80-85oC. -
When fully molten and homogenous, add phase B and homogenise. Re-heat to 75-80oC. -
Prepare phase C and heat to 75-80°C. -
Add C to A/B slwoly with intensive stirring. Homogenise for 2 mins per 100g. -
Add D with stirring. Homogenise for 1 min. -
Cool with intensive stirring to 50oC. -
Add phase E below 50oC. Continue to cool with stirring to room temp.
