Preparation:
In a main vessel, dissolve Phytate MM in DI Water and start heating to 70-75°C. Add Vegeluron® Gel and mix until miscible. Add Thein® MM and mix until dissolved. Under vortex, sprinkle in Clearogel® SG ECO and moderately mix until completely hydrated. In a separate vessel, mix and heat phase B to 70-75°C until completely clear and homogenous. At 70-75°C, under high mixing agitation, add phase B to phase A. Homogenize for 5 minutes or until uniform. Continue with moderate mixing and cool down to 40-45°C. Mix and heat phase C to 40-45°C until dissolved, then add to phase A/B. Continue cooling and add phase D ingredients, independently. At ≤ 32°C, adjust pH, if needed.
