Preparation:
- Add Hydroxyethylcellulose to the water, after fully hydrate heat to 75ºC and add remaining ingredients of phase A.
- Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 80ºC. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize until smooth emulsion is formed. Start cooling under propeller agitation.
- Cool the batch to 40ºC, add phase C ingredients individually. Mix well under propeller agitation until uniform.
