Preparation:
Heat phase A to 70°C Heat phase B to 70°C Homogenise phase B into phase A. Add phase C materials and stir. Sir in Luvigel EM until formulation thickens. Cool with stirring. Package.

Flamenco® Silk Red 4% or Multireflections® Soft Sparkle Rose 1.25%
