Preparation:
Phase A: Disperse Hydroxyethylcellulose in water make 2.0% dispersion. Disperse Xanthan gum in water and mix well until homogenous then mix with 2% Hydroxyethylcellulose solution. Premix phases B, C and E. Add B, C, D, E and F in sequence and mix well after each addition.
