Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and B up to 70-75°C. Keep A under medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add B into A under medium stirring and maintain stirring rate for 5 minutes to emulsify.
- Increase stirring rate up to maximum level with a rotor stator blender for 3 minutes.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add one by one ingredients of C, D and E below 40°C. 6. Adjust the pH if necessary.
