Preparation:
Heat phase C to 75°C under an emulsifier at 600 rpm. At T°, stir under an emulsifier at 600 rpm for 5 minutes. Add mixture D under an emulsifier at 2500 rpm for 10 minutes. Add E under an emulsifier at 1200 rpm for 5 minutes. Add F under an emulsifier at 1200 rpm for 5 minutes. Add G under an emulsifier at 1200 rpm for 5 minutes. Heat phase A to 75° and add B just before emulsification. Add phase AB to phase CDEFG WITHOUT stirring, then emulsify at 2500 rpm for 15 minutes. Cool to 35°C while stirring gently (paddles). At T°C, add the ingredients from H and stir for 15 minutes until homogenized.

Properties: White fluid emulsion serum, pH = 6.2, Stable for one month at RT, 45°C, 55°C, cycles, and 4°C Stable in Suntest
