Preparation:

Disperse the carbomer in the water and allow swelling for 1 hour. Weigh and mix Part B. Add Part B into Part A and homogenize with helix stirring (s=130 rpm) for 30 minutes. Add Part C to Part A+B with Staro stirring (s=3000 rpm). Add Part D extemporaneously with Staro stirring (s=1000 rpm). Neutralize with Part E with Staro stirring (s=1000 rpm). Add Part F to the former Part with Staro stirring (s=1000 rpm). Weigh and mix Part G. Add Part G to the compound and homogenize well.
