World of Chemistry line-up at New York SCC Suppliers’ Day revealed

K-Beauty glow, global beauty trends and indie brand exports are among the topics to be discussed during the World of Chemistry conference track on 20 May at New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists Suppliers’ Day.

Taking place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards, speakers include representatives from Mintel, Provital, Syensqo, Beautydata, Rationale and Green Valley Laboratory.

Co-created and moderated by Personal Care Magazine, World of Chemistry is a staple of the two-day Suppliers’ Day event on 19-20 May.

First up, at 10:00, is Mintel principal beauty analyst Clare Hennigan, who will present ‘2026 Global Beauty & Personal Care Predictions’.

Second, at 10:30, is Green Valley Laboratory executive director Jennifer Biagioni, who will speak on ‘Designing Formulas for a Global Market: What Indie Brands Need to Know Before They Export’.

At 10:55 is Rationale’s head of research Amaryllis Aganahi on ‘Achieving Longevity Through Repair and Protective Skincare: The Power of Personalised Skincare’.

Next, at 11:20, is Syensqo’s North America business development manager Uma Kulkarni on ‘Navigating the Beauty Galaxy: A Journey from Imagination to Innovation’.

The fifth speaker, at 11:45, is Provital’s global beauty trends manager Anna Balaguer on ‘Why & How K-Beauty Glow Has Taken Over the Globe’.

The final presentation, at 12:10, is Beautydata marketing general manager Jacob Xian on ‘Predicting 2027 Beauty Trends with AI & Market Data’.
