Preparation:

  1. Add A2 into A1 under stirring and heat to 80°C.
  2. Place B under stirring and heat to 80°C.
  3. Emulsify B into A with high shear for 10 minutes.
  4. At room temperature, add C then D under gentle stirring.
  5. Adjust pH to 5.0 - 5.5 with E.

Notes:

Thick, shiny, white cream-gel. pH = 5.3
