Preparation:
- In the main beaker, mix phase A ingredients until fully dissolved
- Add phase B and mix until fully dissolved and start heating to 75°C while mixing
- Sprinkle in Phase C and homogenize until the gel is homogeneous
- Add phase D and mix well
- in a side beaker, premix phase E and heat to 75°C
- At 75°C, add E into the main beaker and mix well
- Cool down the batch
- At RT, add phase F and mix well until color is homogeneous
- Stop at 25°C

This formula has passed 3-month accelerated lab stabilities and a 28-day challenge efficacy test. However, the preservative system has not been optimized to its lowest effective level.
