Preparation:
Weight in all ingredients for the oil phase and heat up to approx. 100 °C until the phase is clear. Cool down to approx. 75 °C. Add the cold aqueous phase while stirring within 20 minutes. Hold the temperature at least at 70 °C. After the addition of the aqueous phase cool the mixture down to 50 - 60 °C. Homogenize with a rotor/stator system at approx. 10'000 rpm for two minutes. The emulsion can be bottled after cooling down to 25 °C.
Notes:
Formulations with urea contents above 15 % are not recommended as cosmetic application! Danger of skin damage!
