Preparation:

  1. Heat Part 1 to 80°C with propeller mixing in auxiliary tank.
  2. Add Part 2 ingredients at room temperature in main tank with propeller mixing.
  3. Heat Part 2 to 80°C with homogenizer.
  4. Add Part 1 to Part 2 with homogenizer at 80°C and continue to homogenize 15 minutes at 4000 rpm.
  5. Switch to propeller mixing and cool batch to 50°C.
  6. Add Part 3 at 50°C.
  7. Add Part 4 at 50°C.
  8. Cool to 25°C by mixing.
