Preparation:
-
Pre-mix glycerine and Keltrol. Add water with stirring. Add Carbopol with stirring. -
Once dispersed heat to 75-80oC. -
Combine oil phase ingredients (phase A) and heat to 75-80oC. -
Add oil phase to water phase with stirring. -
Homogenise for 2 minutes. -
Cool with stirring to 35oC. Neutralise to pH7 with triethanolamine. -
Continue colling with stirring to room temperature.

Test Data: 49400cps / pH7 / in-vitro SPF16 / UVA:UVB ratio 0.733
