Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Prepare phase A: grind each pigment in a mixture of 80% Emulmetik™ 100 and 20% Amisol™ Duo.
- Put silicone oil spray in mould and put mould in oven at 45°C.
- Melt phase A with B at 80°C under slow stirring.
- Add C and D into AB under slow stirring.
- Take mould out of oven and pour the formula.
- Cool down for 5 minutes.
- Take the top part of the formula out of mould with spatula.
- Cool down for 5 minutes.
- Put mould in freezer at -18°C for 10 minutes.
- Turn out lipsticks from mould and put lipsticks in cases.
