Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure:

  1. Prepare phase A: grind each pigment in a mixture of 80% Emulmetik™ 100 and 20% Amisol™ Duo.
  2. Put silicone oil spray in mould and put mould in oven at 45°C.
  3. Melt phase A with B at 80°C under slow stirring.
  4. Add C and D into AB under slow stirring.
  5. Take mould out of oven and pour the formula.
  6. Cool down for 5 minutes.
  7. Take the top part of the formula out of mould with spatula.
  8. Cool down for 5 minutes.
  9. Put mould in freezer at -18°C for 10 minutes.
  10. Turn out lipsticks from mould and put lipsticks in cases.
