Preparation:

  1. Heat phase “A” 80C.
  2. Combine phase “B” ingredients and heat to 80C.
  3. Add phase “B” to phase “A” with propeller mixing and mix until uniform.
  4. Begin cooling to room temperature with continued mixing.
  5. Add phase “C” to batch at 30C.
  6. Cool to room temperature.

Notes:

pH @ 25C = 6.45 Viscosity @ 25C (Brookfield RVT; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 83,000cps STABILITY: Passed 1 month @ 50C
