Preparation:

When cold, add ingredient D to the surface of C and leave it to hydrate without stirring for 10 minutes. Then heat the mixture to 80°C under 1500rpm foam. At this temperature, stir for 10 minutes under the same conditions and check the homogeneity of the phase. Then add the ingredients of E under 500rpm stirrer for 5 minutes. Heat phase A to 80°C and add B just before emulsifying. Emulsion: Emulsify phase AB in phase CDE under a 2500rpm emulsifier for 5 minutes. Then add F under a 2500rpm emulsifier for 30 minutes in order to carry out the saponification reaction. Finally, add G under a 2500rpm emulsifier for 5 minutes. Cool to 40° with gentle agitation and add the ingredients of H one by one. Maintain stirring for 15 minutes until completely homogenised.

Notes:

Properties: Semi-thick white cream, pH = 7.2, Stable for one month at room temperature, 45°C, 55°C, cycles, and 4°C. Color change when heated due to the selected preservative.
