Preparation:
- Into the main beaker, add Phase A and homogenize until NET-WO is dispersed.
- Into a side beaker, add Phase B sequentially and mix until uniform.
- Add Phase B to Phase A slowly while homogenizing, (big, round screen), 3,000 - 4,000 rpm.
- Once the batch cools below 40°C, add All In One™. Add preservative system and mix thoroughly. Add fragrance (and mix until uniform.
