Preparation:

  1. In the main vessel add phase A ingredients, heat to 75°C and mix well until clear
  2. Start to cool down the batch
  3. At 50°C, add phase B ingredients into phase A and mix well until clear
  4. At 30°C, add phase C ingredients into AB and mix well until the color is uniform
  5. Stop at 25°C.

typical properties description: clear orange anhydrous liquid pH: n/a, anhydrous viscosity: n/a, liquid SPF in vitro: 56 SPF in vitro without antaron™ soja: 48 water resistance in vitro: 96% This formula has passed 3-month accelerated lab stabilities and a 28-day challenge efficacy test. However, the preservative system has not been optimized to its lowest effective level.
