Preparation:
Phase A is prepared by mixing and heating deionised water, EDETA BD, Cetiol OE and Glycerin to 75°C. At 75°C Carbopol EDT 2020 is dispersed. Phase B is prepared by mixing and heating 75°C until a clear, virtually colourless solution has been obtained. When homogeneous and at 75°C, add oil phase B to water phase A with high shear mixing for 10-15 minutes. Neutralise with TEA and mix for a further ten minutes The emulsion is cooled to 30-35°C, and Vitamine E Acetate, Phenonip, and Nucleolys are added. Add fragrance if desired. Mix until uniform.
