Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and B up to 70-75°C.
- Hydrate the phospholipids under medium stirring for 20 minutes.
- Add B into A under stirring for 5 minutes.
- Homogenize AB under maximum stirring for 3 minutes.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add C and ingredients of D below 40°C.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.
