Preparation:
- Add Phase A ingredients while mixing.
- Add TRIquil S, and then neutralize the batch to pH 6.8 using 10% NaOH.
- Mix until uniform. Begin heating batch to 65oC.
- Add remaining Phase B ingredients individually, mix uniformly between each addition.
- Cool Batch to 40oC, add Phase C ingredients individually, and mix uniformly after each addition
