Preparation:
- Heat water to 75oC. Add remaining ingredients of Phase A.
- Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 75oC. Add Phase B to Phase A, homogenize until smooth emulsion is formed. Start cooling under propeller agitation.
- Cool the batch to 40oC, add Phase C ingredients individually. Mix well under propeller agitation until uniform.
