Preparation:
- Add Carbopol SF-1 to the water.
- Add TRIquil S and TRIquil L Neutralize to pH 6.8 using 10% NaOH.
- Mix until uniform. Begin heating batch to 650C.
- Add remaining phase B ingredients, mix uniformly between each addition.
- Cool Batch to 350C, add phase C ingredients individually, and mix uniformly after each addition.
