Preparation:

  1. Add Mirataine CBS to most part (-95%) of deionized water while mixing gently.
  2. Add Mackanate EL and Mix until uniform.
  3. Add Kathon CG
  4. Add Rheomer 33 and mix until homogeneous.
  5. Add Florapearls Evergreen STD beads while mixing gently.
  6. Add glycerin and Mackamide LAME
  7. Neutralize slowly to pH 6.5 with sodium hydroxide solution (15%) and while mixing gently until uniform.
  8. Add fragrance.
  9. Add the solution of green dye and mix until uniform.
  10. Add the remaining deionized water and mix until uniform.
  11. Check pH and adjust if necessary.

Appearance: clear, Green Colour with Emollient Capsules pH: 6.5 Brookfiels Viscosity at 21’c: [4000-9000] mPa.s (RV, Spindle 4, 10rpm) Stability: Passed 3 months at 45’c
