Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A up to 40°C under slow mixing to dissolve Dermosoft® 688 Eco. Add A into B under slow mixing
- Heat separately AB and C up to 75-80°C under slow mixing.
- Keep B at 75-80°C under slow mixing for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids
- Add C into B under slow mixing. Mix slowly for 5 minutes
- Increase stirring rate up to maximum level with a rotor stator blender (Silverson) up to 3000 rpm for 3 minutes.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add D, E and F below 40°C. 8. Adjust the pH if necessary.

Formula Specifications: Aspect: Thick, bright, yellow emulsion. Viscosity (RHEO ELV8, Spindle 4, 6 rpm, 3 min): 50 000 - 60 000 mPa.s pH: 5.0 - 5.5 Centrifugation (3000 rpm, 20 min): Stable
