Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and B up to 75-80°C.
- Keep A under stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add B into A and keep under stirring for 5 minutes.
- Add C and D into AB under slow stirring and mix for 3 minutes.
- Pour the formula in moulds immediately.
- Let cool down for 10 minutes.
