Preparation:

  1. Charge deionized water into main kettle.
  2. Start mixing slowly in circular motion with mixer.
  3. Add the remaining materials in sequence while slowly mixing the batch.
  4. Mix well, until uniformly dispersed.
  5. Add Phase B to Phase A under paddle mixer. Mix until uniform and well blended.
  6. Add Phase C to Phases A & B. Mix well blended.
  7. Fill appropriate containers.
