Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and C up to 70-75°C.
- Add premix B into A and stir until the gel is fully dispersed.
- Add C into AB.
- Keep ABC at 70-75°C under medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Increase stirring rate up to maximum level for 3 minutes to emulsify.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add D, E and F below 40°C.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.
