1 Blend parts A B and C together in the main tank, mix while heating to 75- 80C 2 When Phase ABC is uniform, slowly sprinkle in Phase D while mixing 3 Homgneize phase ABCD until all pigments are uniformly dispersed 4 Cool to set point while mixing slowly to allow air to be released from the base 5 At set point, slowly pour molten base into container, allow air to cool
