Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and B up to 70-75°C.
- Add Ecogel™ under medium stirring and keep stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add B into A and stir strongly 5 minutes
- Increase stirring rate up to maximum level with rotor stator blender for 3 minutes
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add C and D (ingredients one by one) below 40°C.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.
