Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure:

  1. Heat A and C up to 70-75°C. Mix well phase C (the Dermofeel® G10L is thick and sticky and needs to be homogenized in the shea butter).
  2. Add Lecigel in phase A under strong stirring until the product becomes thick and homogeneous.
  3. Add phase C in phase AB under rapid stirring (1500rpm) during approx. 10min.
  4. Let the mixture cool down under medium stirring.
  5. Add, one by one, the ingredients of phases D, E, F and G. Avoid the formation of foam during the addition of Plantacare® 818UP by keeping a slow stirring.
  6. Adjust the pH if necessary.

Formula Specifications: Aspect: Pink thick cream with black exfoliating particles. Viscosity (Rheo ELV 8, spindle 4, 6 rpm, 3 min): >100 000 mPa.s pH: 5.0 - 6.0 Centrifugation (3000 rpm, 20 min): Stable
