Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and B up to 70-75°C under stirring.
- Add B into A under maximum stirring.
- Prepare C: heat C up to 70-75°C and keep it under medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate the phospholipids.
- Add C into AB.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add one after one the ingredients of D, E and F below 35°C.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.
