Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and C up to 75-80°C.
- Prepare premix B: add Adiporeguline™ under medium stirring and keep medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add B slowly into A under medium stirring and maintain stirring rate for 5 minutes.
- Increase stirring rate up to maximum level
- Add C and D under maximum stirring (3000/5000 rpm). Stir with a rotor stator blender for 3 minutes.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add E and F below 40°C.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.
