Preparation:
- Pre-mix Xanthan Gum with Glycerin, then add other ingredients of phase A, heat to 75-80 °C.
- Combine phase B and heat to 75-80 °C.
- At 75°C, add phase B to phase A under homogenization.
- Homogenize the mixture for 1-2 min at 9,000-10,000 rpm.
- Cool down under constant stirring to 40-45 °C.
- Add ingredients of phase D and mix well. Homogenize at 3000-5000 rpm during 1 min if necessary. Cool to room temperature.
- Check pH is between 5.0 and 6.0, adjust if necessary.
