Preparation:
- Disperse Ultrez 10 in water at room temp. mix well until comletely hydrated. Heat to 70-75P o PC, then add remaining ingredients of phase A.
- Combine phase B ingredients and heat 70-75P o PC. Add phase B to phase A, mix well
- Add phase C to neutralize. Then homogenize to smooth emulsion
- Cool the batch to about 40P o PC under propeller agitation, then add phase D. Mix well until uniform
