Preparation:
Premix the ingredients of phase A except Dicaprylyl Carbonate and stir with a mixer. Add Dicaprylyl Carbonate and stir with a mixer again. Add the ingredients of phase B to phase A and stir with a mixer. Add phase C and stir with a mixer. Prepare phase D by dissolving Alpha Glucosyl Hesperidin in water. Add phase D in ABC and stir with a mixer.
