Preparation:
- Heat water to 60-65 o C, then disperse Polyquaternium-10 under propeller agitation. Continue heating to 70-75 o C while adding remaining phase A ingredients.
- Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 70-75
- Add phase B to phase A, mix until uniform, then homogenize until smooth emulsion is formed.
- Begin cooling batch while propeller mixing.
- At 40 o C add phase C.
