Preparation:

  1. Add Deionised water to Main Vessel. Heat to 75°C.
  2. Start Homogeniser at 2000 – 2500rpm and sprinkle in the Ecogel. Mix for 10 minutes until fully hydrolysed.
  3. To a Premix Vessel add Durosoft PG10-O, Durosoft PG4-O, Glyceryl Stearate, Shea Butter and Squalane. Heat 70-75°C.
  4. Add the Premix to the Main Vessel increasing the Homogeniser to 3000 – 3500rpm. Mix for 5 minutes.
  5. Cool to 40°C and add Preservative.
  6. Adjust pH to 5.00 – 6.00.
