Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A at 70 °C.
- Keep A at 70°C under slow stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add premix B into A and stir until the gel is fully developed.
- Heat C at 70 °C and add into AB under medium stirring.
- Increase stirring rate up to maximum level for 3 minutes to emulsify.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add D, E and F below 40°C.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.
