Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and C up to 70°C. Keep A under medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add premix B into A under medium stirring until the product is homogeneous.
- Add C into AB under maximum stirring and maintain stirring rate for 3 minutes to emulsify.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add one by one ingredients of D and E below 40°C. 6. Adjust the pH if necessary.
