Preparation:
- Add A2 into A1 under moderate stirring and heat to 80°C.
- Place B under stirring and heat to 80°C.
- Emulsify B into A with high shear for 10 minutes.
- At 40°C, add C, D, E and F with gentle stirring.
- Adjust pH to 5.2 - 5.6 with G.
Notes:
Supple, shiny off-white emulsion. pH = 5.4
