Preparation:
Phase A: Add Carbomer into water and Red 40 aqueous solution and let swell for 30 minutes. Add pigment while stirring and continue for 15 minutes under high shear. Add phase B ingredients one by one. Add phase C and stir for 5 minutes. Mix phase D and add slowly to phase ABC and stir until homogenous. Add phase E. Pour into an appropriate container.
