Additional claims include anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant activity. ProCircul-8 enhances microcirculation around the hair follicle, thereby stimulating it. In conjunction with polyvinylpyrollidone, these two ingredients create a highly efficacious hair and scalp “health” serum which provides lightweight hold! Preparation:
Procedure
- Using moderate propeller agitation, sprinkle the Keltrol CG-SFT into the water and allow to mix until uniform. Add PVP K-90 and mix until uniform.
- Slowly add Vital Hair & Scalp Complex and mix until uniform.
- Add ProCircul – 8 and mix until uniform.
- Add Mikrokill COS and mix until uniform.
- Add SD 40 Alcohol and mix until uniform.
Notes:
Specifications pH: 3.50 – 4.00 Viscosity: 2,500 – 3,500 cps (#4, 5 rpm @25°C)
