Preparation:

. Weigh all ingredients in phase A and mix. 2. Weigh phase B in a separate beaker and start mixing with a propeller stirrer at a medium speed of 700 rpm. Ensure the blade of the propeller stirrer is covered by phase B. 3. Add phase A to phase B very slowly, drop by drop until you get a milky colour. 4. Continue adding drop by drop until around a quarter of phase A has gone, then increase speed to 1000 rpm and continue adding phase A in small doses. 5. Continue stirring, allow a homogenous gel to form which should take about 5­10 minutes. Adjust height of mixer if necessary.
