Preparation:
- Weigh MixXIN ME in a beaker. Add in Part A ingredients one by one with stirring, ensuring homogeneity before adding the next ingredient.
- Slowly, add water with mixing at moderate to high speed until all the water has been emulsified ( minimum 15 minutes).
- Lastly, add OptaSense RMA-IS and mix well. If desired, adjust pH to 6-6.5 with Triethanolamine.
Notes:
Appearance: Light yellow, glossy cream. Viscosity: 29,900 cPs (DV-II+, spindle 6, 20rpm at 1 min) Stability: Pass 3 months @ RT and 40oC ; 1 month @ 50oC
