Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and D up to 70-75°C.
- Add premix B into A and stir until the gel is fully developed.
- Add C into AB.
- Keep ABC at 70-75°C under slow stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add D into ABC under medium stirring and keep stirring rate for 5 minutes to emulsify.
- Increase stirring rate up to maximum level for 3 minutes to homogenize the emulsion.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Blend E until the phase is homogeneous.
- Add E, F, G and H below 40°C. 10. Adjust the pH if necessary.
