Preparation:
- Heat phase A up to 55-60 °C until UV filters are fully solubilized – phase must be crystal clear.
- Heat to 95-100°C while adding phase B to main batch under stirring – keep stirring until gelling agent get completely dissolved – phase must be crystal clear, free from particles.
- Incorporate phase C under stirring, ensuring full dispersion of Harmonie(TM) NatuVel gel.
- Once the main batch is smooth, add remaining phase D under stirring.
- Pour into containers at 95-100 °C.
