Preparation:
Procedure Charge deionized water in a suitable kettle. Add in sequence each of the remaining materials, mixing with each addition. Start heating to 65-75°C. Combine Phase B materials and start heating to 65-75°C. Add Phase B to A. Mix well until dissolved. Switch Phases A and B mixture to paddle mixing. Mix slowly. Add Phase C to the batch and continue mixing. Pre-mix Phase D. Mix well. Add to the batch at 40°C and mix well. Cool to room temperature. Fill appropriate container.
